You are maybe someone who constantly feels flat, low energy, bored or on edge on a regular basis or you maybe you could have just woken up on the wrong side of the bed. Regardless, either or neither we have all experienced a time where we are in a low vibration .
I believe it’s through developing awareness which teaches us HOW we chose to react which can help us grow and learn or stay stuck in our old ways. Without awareness we will continue to fuel the low vibration with low vibrational people, foods, attitudes, work activities or commitments.
Acknowledge –Express out loud to a trusted mentor, friend or family member that you’re in a rut. You’ll be surprised by simply acknowledging this energy will get moving and flowing around the body. Alternatively, voice your feelings to yourself or in a journal.
It’s OK to say NO-To the gym, certain foods, commitments with certain people or taking a personal day from work is just a few to mention. Saying NO is NOT selfish, yet an act of self-care and compassion.
Do not ACT out but simply BREATH.It is a natural instinct of the mind to label and connect situations with feelings and therefore place blame. To sit in a meditation is the most accessible and basic things you can do because you already have everything you need. YOU and you’re breath.
BE GRATEFUL –Slide straight out of your low vibe state by listing the things you are most grateful for. It’s so easy tot make things for granted these days.
REPEAT after me –‘I am deeply in tune with my body and I’m exactly where I need to be. ‘
Daily stresses are inevitable in our lives however we all have the power to change the way we deal with stress. It is the small things which make a difference and it starts with awareness.
